Nightlife
Cherry Creek has a vibrant, hip nightlife scene, perfect for Date Nights or nights out with friends. Everyone has their favorites, but I've listed a few of mine below that I would recommend, depending on what you are in the mood for!
The Cherry Cricket is a beloved local spot – it’s casual atmosphere and famous burgers make it a great place to catch a sporting event with friends. Whenever I have visitors from out of town, I make sure to take them there for a fantastic burger!
If you want an upscale dinner, Elway's, is a renowned steakhouse, and I’m also a huge fan of Kini’s - an absolutely amazing upscale Mediterranean place that’s great for dates.
Forget Me Not is a chic cocktail bar known for its stylish environment and expertly crafted drinks.

When it comes to shopping, Cherry Creek is unmatched in Denver. The Cherry Creek Shopping Center is a high-end mall featuring luxury retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co. Additionally, the Cherry Creek North district offers over 300 independent shops, boutiques, galleries, and eateries, creating a shopping paradise for both locals and visitors.

Education
Cherry Creek has some of the best schools in the Denver area. Elementary aged kids would attend Bromwell Elementary School, which is highly rated for its strong academic performance, Hill Campus of Arts and Sciences offers an excellent arts program for middle school students, and East High School is renowned for its rigorous academic curriculum and strong athletic programs.
Property Types
There is a mix of property types in Cherry Creek. Most homes tend to be smaller, charming homes built in the 1920s to 1960s, with smaller yards due to the high density. Mixed in those smaller, charming homes there is also a sprinkling of newer luxury condo developments that have been built in the last 20 years. While the average price for a home in Denver is between $580K-$620K, the average price of a home in Cherry Creek ranges from $700,000 to over $2 million, making it one of the more expensive neighborhoods in Denver.
Conclusion
In summary, Cherry Creek is one of the more expensive areas to buy a home in, but for those looking for a charming home in an upscale neighborhood, with a vibrant nightlife and shopping scene, and great walkability and proximity to downtown, you won’t find a better place to live in Denver!
