I began investing in real estate in 2018, buying properties in the Denver area and renting them out for a second stream of passive income.  Today, these properties represent key pillars in my personal investment portfolio and pursuit of financial independence.  I love "the thrill of the hunt" in finding great deals for buyers it's incredibly gratifying to help property owners realize the fruits of all their labor over the years!

My background is in operations and customer experience for both Software and Telecom companies, so ensuring smooth execution of complicated projects and deals is deeply ingrained in me and I enjoy helping people have a positive experience with real estate! 

 

In my spare time I like to stay active, training for marathons and longer trail races around the country and competing in occasional tennis competitions.  I'm a huge professional and college sports fan (proud Iowa Hawkeye) and go to games whenever I can!  I'm also a sucker for a good self-help book or good podcasts on new trends in real estate and readily accept any and all recommendations - my top recommendation is Law of Success, by Napoleon Hill.
